Going Green

I paid a visit this morning to  Gravis Beach .  Not all the stalls were set out when I arrived but I picked up a few nice free/cheap items and bought a really pretty shirt.


 

This dress is from Pesca (at Gravis Beach stalls) - it was either free on $L1 - pretty, sweet and makes me think of the coming Spring :)

Also from Pesca (again at the stalls) I bought this Shirt - I think it is really cute and was $L100.

The skin worn in both the above pictures is from Mother Goose's stall at the Gravis Beach stalls - it is $L1 and adorable.

Then I popped to The Dressing Room It wasnt open and not much was out when I cammed in but I did see a nice teal dress to go with the free shoes I got from Roly-Poly at Gravis.  Funny thing is that in this designers mesh sizes I am a Large (oh it is by Glow Studio) but in Cold Logic I am an XS! Also this dress needs a bra as there is a bit of nipple peek without one.

So a good day so far :)

Getting into the swing of things

Into my second week in SL and things are going much better. I found a couple of really friendly places:

Lilly's Irish Pub http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Lionheart%20Taka/18/106/29 - nice crowd there and friendly and chatty :)

Speakeasy: http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Four%20Bridges%20Project/98/26/27 - again nice crowd - friendly.  Poetry readings and live music.

I would recommend both these place to both new and established SL residents :)


I've been putting together some outfits from stuff I have bought and stuff I have hunted and got for free.

Also at Alice Project there is a Midnight Mania and some Lucky Boards and a Group Gift (Group is not free to join but I joined as I felt I most certainly was happy to give this creator some lindens as I got a lot from the free stuff there which is nice and new and MESH!)
The Dress, Shoes, Necklace and Nails are also from hunts.
